Back to School ... with a Cannabis Twist!
Things are finally starting to cool off in August. The kids will be back at school in just a few short weeks. And the days are getting ever so shorter. Now is a great time to hop into a raft, kayak or canoe and enjoy the Cuyahoga River. But it’s also a great time to check out some local cannabis events that are just around the corner.
Cincinnati - August 6th 2019:
Cincinnati Medical Marijuana Meetup- Mix/ Mingle/ Network/ Collaborate
Where: MadTree Brewing, 3301 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45209 (get directions)
When: Tuesday, Aug 6th, 2019, from 7pm – 9pm
Price: Free to attend
This networking event is a collaboration between cannabis industry professionals, advocates, patients and Ohio medical marijuana physicians. Patients and non-patients alike can join in as the cannabis industry answers any of your pressing questions.
This will be an excellent event if you are just starting out with medical cannabis, or you’d like to network with dispensary agents, cultivators, doctors and other passionate advocates.
Columbus - August 7th 2019:
CBD 101: Sampling + Education

When: Wednesday, Aug 7, 2019, from 6pm – 7:30pm
Price: Free to attend
Getting the right CBD can be a complicated process. And just starting with CBD can be even tougher. Many patients don’t know how to dose correctly and take too little or too much. And they may not even know what sort of benefits there are with CBD. If you’re one of those people, this event is for you!
Columbus Botanical Depot is hosting a CBD educational event. There will also be CBD sampling at this event, so be prepared to have a relaxing time!
